Effective Monday, October 22nd, 2007 Liberty Leasing Services, Inc. is moving its headquarters from Tampa, Florida to Largo, Florida approximately 20 miles south. The move will help in the expansion for our in-house sales and operations staff. "The new offices are about 5,000 sq/ft. and can facilitate our incremental growth" said Josh Jermaine President of Liberty Leasing.

Liberty Leasing Services, Inc. has hired three new employee's (Tampa, FL) September 2007

Jason Aaron as Account Manager will be covering the South East territory and James Hooper, Account Manager will be covering the West Coast. Charles Connell was brought aboard as Sales Manager to implement a cohesive sales strategy for the growing sales "team" and concentration on new vertical markets.

Thomas White Joins Liberty Leasing as Senior Vice-President

Mr. White is the Senior Vice-President of Liberty Leasing Services, Inc. and has spent the past 13 years in sales management roles with such firms as GE Capital, CIT and Newcourt Financial (formerly known as AT&T Capital). Originally from Massachusetts, Mr. White attended State College in Framingham, MA and majored in Business. His role as Senior Vice-President is to create new outside sales teams and continue with Syndication marketing through our banking channels."

Liberty Leasing Funds $2,000,000 Deal for Jacksonville, FL Company
September 21, 2006

Liberty Leasing announces today that we have funded a $2,000,000 lease with a Jacksonville, FL Construction Rental company. The lease was for multiple Articulated Dump Trucks that are to be used in their rental fleet. The Chief Financial Officer stated that, "with the requirements and hurdles that we had proposed, Liberty Leasing met every stipulation we put in place. One of the main hurdles was a non-personally guaranteed lease request which is tough because being an S-Corp makes it a challenge. They met these challenges and we funded the lease without a hick-up."

Liberty Leasing Expands Outside Sales Team

"Liberty Leasing announced that it has added additional members to its outside sales team to compliment its in-house sales and marketing force. The new outside sales team consists of six representatives covering regions from California to Virginia.

The new personnel include: Larry Reynolds, Christine Harris, Stan Mercer, Hank Brown, Van Nguyen and Jack Wylder. The new sales staff will report directly to Liberty Leasing Vice President, Joshua H. Jermaine.

The company said it is adding the staff to address growing demand from the small to middle ticket sector"
